In 2015, we, Alan and Kristen - a former college soccer coach and a nurse - ventured into the vacation rental market with the purchase of

Story Book Cabins in Ruidoso, New Mexico. This included 13 owned cabins and the management of 18 others.

 

By 2023, after selling Story Book Cabins with more than seven years of operation, our plans to exit the hospitality industry took a turn. We found ourselves consulting for fellow property managers and vacation rental hosts, drawing on our extensive experience.
